Next Step...Success consists of two workshops Who am I and Future Cents. Workshops are delivered in two, 60 or 90-minute presentations by FACTS staff and volunteers from the local business community. Our aim is to lower high school and college drop-out rates through one simple word, exposure. We want to expose students to who they are, what they might be good at, and career paths they might not know exists. Through personality tests, interview training and research we will prepare students for success after high school graduation. While most workshops are scheduled during school hours and within the academic year, scheduling is flexible and opportunities are also available during evenings, weekends, and in the summer. Next Step...Success is a workshop for high school aged students in schools, churches, or through other non-profit organizations.
