We’re back for year 2! Our festivals continue to promote fitness and wellness related business to the residents of Apex and those who live close to the town.

Be ready for an event that will feature free workouts, fitness challenges, kid friendly workouts, and a financial literacy demonstration from FACTS for Youth! The event will also be home to our favorite food trucks and vendors! We hope that this festival will spread the spirit of fitness to the Triangle and promote, educate, and celebrate fitness and wellness!

Where is this Fitness Festival located? 

It’s located at the Town Hall Campus Courtyard ARC.  73 Hunter St, Apex, NC 27502. 

What should I bring? 

Bring a water bottle, hand towel, and your own yoga mat. You may bring lawn chairs if you like to rest between classes! 

What should I wear? 

Wear loose fitting clothes that you don’t mind getting sweaty in! 

Will it be hot? 

Yes, it's going to be hot! Bring sunscreen!  

How much is the event? 

This event is free to the public!

Where can I park? 

You can park at the Apex Community center parking lot, The Apex Town Hall parking lot, and the Senior Community Center parking lot. 

How many people can attend class? 

We have no CAP on class attendance, it is first come first bases! 

Do I have to do all the classes? 

No you don’t! You can do as many classes as you like! We recommend taking things easy and always listen to your body.
